They say quinoa is great for lazy day cooking. It is packed with complete proteins and it cooks in only 20 minutes. And you can mix it with whatever you’d wish. I’ve combined the quinoa with a chopped mango and fresh mint and it worked perfectly for a healthy breakfast.
