Baked Eggs and Tomatoes

– 400 gr rosii cherry
– o lingurita parmesan
– o lingura ulei de masline
– sare, piper, busuioc
– un catel de usturoi
– 4 oua

1. Rosiile se taie pe jumatate si se pun intr-un vas termorezistent. Se dau la cuptor timp de 10-12 minute, apoi se scot si se scurge toata zeama.

2. Deasupra se adauga usturoiul taiat marunt, sare, piper, parmesan, busuioc (de preferat proaspat, dar eu nu am avut decat uscat).

3. Se sparg usor cele 4 oua, avand grija sa nu se sparga galbenusul, iar peste ele se pun cateva picaturi de ulei de masline.

4. Se dau la cuptor inca 10 minute, in functie de cum preferati ouale.
