6 linguri fulgi de ovaz
1 lingura zahar de cocos
1 morcov de marime medie
100 ml lapte de migdale
cateva picaturi de esenta de vanilie
un praf de sare
INSTRUCTIUNI
- Am macinat fulgii de ovaz.
- Am curatat morcovul si l-am dat prin razatoare.
- Am pus toate ingredientele intr-un bol si am amestecat cu un tel.
- Am pus o tigaie antiaderenta la incins si am pus compozitia cu lingura in tigaie (incap 2-3 clatite de-odata, depinde cat de mare e tigaia).
- Am acoperit tigaia cu un capac si am “copt” la foc mic clatitele, cate 3-4 minute pe fiecare parte.
Ingredients
1 egg
6 Tbsp oat flakes
1 Tbsp coconut sugar
1 medium size carrot
100 ml almond milk
a few drops of vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
Directions
- Grind the oat flakes.
- Wash and grate the carrot.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them all until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over low medium heat. Pour the batter onto the pan (depending on the size of the pan, you can fit 2-3 pancakes at once).
- Cover the pan and let the pancakes “bake” for 3-4 minutes on each side.
